Hmong Food Zaub Qaub by Kuv Tsev Zaub Qaub/Pickled Greens. This is a great Hmong dish that I hope will get passed on to generations. My kids don't have a liking to it :( but that's okay. One day when they get older, they'll want it. :) That's how I was growing up. Anyways, I've seen this dish made several ways.
