A 10 giorni della LUT 50: due test, due delusioni...

Hello everyone! In this video, I take you with me through the final tests before the Lavaredo 50. The goal was clear: to do a challenging workout on the Zoncolan with about 1,500 meters of elevation gain. However, the sensations weren't what I'd hoped for, and I ended up finishing with 1,200 meters of elevation gain, not satisfied with my performance. Two days later, I decided to try again, this time on the Skyrace Carnia route. I pushed myself uphill to test my condition, but during the descent, an unexpected event completely changed my plans: a sprained ankle that forced me to stop. Training doesn't always go as we'd like. Sometimes you have to accept the difficult days, adapt, and keep looking forward. In the video, I share my feelings, mistakes, doubts, and reflections just days before one of the most important events of my season. Let me know in the comments: 👉 Have you ever had a bad day right before an important race? 👉 How do you handle unexpected events during training? Enjoy!
