Eat this for dinner to lose weight! 😋💕 👉 Recipe 1: 1/2 cup (50 g) rolled oats 1/2 cup (100 ml) milk or plant-based milk 1 tbsp chia seeds 5 tbsp water 1/4 head of cabbage (100 g) 1/3 tsp salt Spring onions 1/2 potato (60 g) 1 egg 1/4 tsp salt 1/3 tsp chili powder/flakes Olive oil Fry for 2–3 minutes per side Fry until both sides are golden brown 👉 Recipe 2: 1/2 head of cabbage (400 g) 1 onion 2 carrots 4 tbsp rolled oats 6 tbsp (60 ml) milk or plant-based milk Let stand for 10 minutes Broccoli Cook for 2 minutes 1 tsp salt Spring onions Cherry tomatoes 4 eggs 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder (Optional) 3 tbsp whole wheat flour Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18 minutes 100 g mozzarella cheese Bake again at 180°C (350°F) for another 5 minutes Dill 3–4 tbsp thick yogurt Cherry tomatoes 1 clove garlic You absolutely have to try this!
