Calculating IOL power for IOL exchange when the original surgery was performed by another surgeon.

A patient has cataract or lens replacement surgery by an ophthalmologist at an outside practice and then travels to see me for intraocular lens exchange. They want their current IOL removed and replaced with a different IOL type. How do I calculate the correct power of the IOL to place in the patient to bring their eye into normal focus? There are 3 steps: 1 Prior to the patient coming to see me, we ask the patient to obtain their preoperative biometry. 2 When we see the patient, we obtain our own biometry to determine the cornea shape/keratometry. We also obtain cornea topography. 3 We then create a composite biometry using the keratometry from our biometer combined with the axial length, LT, ACD, AD, CCT. Which IOL formulas can we access using this system?
