Original Raisin&Walnut mix Pound Cake Recipe

2 eggs 1 cup (235 ml) canola oil or vegetable oil 1 cup (235 ml) sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups (235 ml) milk 3-4 cups (235 ml) all purpose flour 1 cup (235 ml) walnuts 1 cup (235 ml) raisins 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp apple cider vinegar Bake on 300 or 325•degrees for 45 minutes It’s great to eat with one cup of Coffee or Tea..
