NSS #5: wejście w Góry Bardzkie

NSS - Expedition Journal D5: Forest behind the Chwalisław Pass - Srebrna Góra At 10:00 PM, a goat barked outside the tent, as if warning of the onset of a downpour. It had been pouring or raining all night, and the beech tree protected us as best it could with its wide arms. We arrived on the trail at 6:20 AM and began our adventure in the Bardzkie Mountains with an intense ascent of Podzamecka Kopa. What a climb! I compared this ascent and the ascents to Jaworzyna Konieczniańska, but that was probably due to the dripping rain and fog (that's how we climbed it two years ago). There can only be one master of irritation. 😏 Fortunately, Lesława didn't overheat today, so we pushed on quite nicely. We didn't encounter anyone all day, except for one family. That's what I appreciate about Bardziańskie: peace and quiet. I'd already hiked most of today's route, but at the end, I stumbled upon a new path between two steep rocky walls. A very atmospheric place. We ended up spending the night under a roof in Srebrna Góra, where they did my laundry(!). My smell was significantly different from civilization's norms (the aroma of the Bardo-like vagabond was most noticeable today among shoppers in Bardo), and my first contact with soap in five days was... strange.
