We will start with a massage to maintain health and youth, and continue with warm-up and stretching to prepare our body and mind. We will practice the monkey and crane poses to improve our circulatory system and lungs. We will finish with movements from the 10th Style Tai Chi Chuan Form, which is designed especially for Tai Chi beginners, and where we will strengthen our legs and balance with movements such as heel strikes.
