WE BOTH LOST IT AT THE END OF 13 GOING ON 30! We’re back with another Mama’s Geeky Mom & Daughter Reacts, and this time we’re watching the iconic rom-com classic 13 Going On 30! This movie is one of Tessa’s all-time favorites, and it’s also the film where she completely fell in love with Mark Ruffalo (and honestly… for VERY good reason!). So getting to finally share this magical, nostalgic movie with Lorie now that SHE is 13 was such a special moment — and we’re happy to report that she loved it too! From start to finish, 13 Going On 30 is filled with heart, humor, and unforgettable scenes that had both of us smiling nonstop. Whether it was the legendary “Thriller” dance sequence, the adorable Razzles moments, or Jenna realizing what truly matters in life, this movie hits all the right emotional beats. And yes… we BOTH broke down crying by the end. This story is such a beautiful reminder about friendship, growing up, staying true to yourself, and appreciating the people who love you most. If you’re a fan of early 2000s rom-coms, feel-good movies, or first-time reaction videos, this one is for you! We had so much fun reacting to all the unforgettable moments in this movie — from Jenna waking up “thirty, flirty, and thriving,” to the absolutely iconic Thriller dance scene at the party. Of course, the sweet little Razzles moments made everything even more charming, and watching Jenna and Matt’s relationship unfold was truly heartwarming.
