Preparation time: 15 minutes Baking time: 30 minutes Oven: 200°C (preheated) 🧁 Ingredients (with gram/ml conversions) Muffins: 1/2 cup melted butter → 113 g 1 cup granulated sugar → 200 g 2 eggs Vanilla extract (to taste) 1/3 cup sour cream → 80 g 1/3 cup milk → 80 ml 2 cups all-purpose flour → 240 g A pinch of salt 1.5 tsp baking powder → 6 g 2 cups blueberries → 280–300 g Streusel topping: 3 tbsp melted butter → 42 g 1/2 cup sugar → 100 g 1/2 cup all-purpose flour → 60 g 1/4 tsp cinnamon → 0.5 g 👩‍🍳 Instructions: Bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C.
