President Yamandú Orsi's approval rating showed a sharp decline in April, according to a poll by Equipos Consultores. The survey, released yesterday on the news program Subrayado, found that 27% approve of his performance, 48% disapprove, and 23% neither approve nor disapprove. Equipos director Ignacio Zuasnabar told Subrayado that the net opinion balance is "clearly negative," with a decrease of 21 points. Compared to February, approval fell six points and disapproval rose eight. The consulting firm also indicated that the most significant change occurred among Orsi's own voters, where the overall assessment remains positive but has deteriorated compared to previous measurements. Specifically, disapproval of Orsi's administration among Broad Front voters increased by 15 points in two months.
