I used Free range chicken/ ayam kampung to make. As long as you bake it longer and dried, then using correct way to store it, the powder can be kept for around 4 months in the fridge. I used Thermomix in the process of blending and cooking. Ingredients: 850g free range of skinless chicken fillets(from 2 chickens)/Kampong chicken 1 stalk of leek(white part only) 5 stalks corriander 200g sea salt 80g olive oil 1 tsp corriander seeds 1 big white onion 120g garlic cloves You can skip the cooking wine, but must adjust the cooking time, can be lesser, as long as the result as shown on video. Saya menggunakan ayam kampung untuk membuatnya. Selama kalian memanggangnya dengan lebih lama dan kering, juga penyimpanan yang benar, kaldu bubuknya bisa bertahan sampai sekitar 4 bulan di kulkas. Saya menggunakan Thermomix dalam proses memblending dan memasaknya.
