T-Market in Natick, MA is an upscale Asian grocery store packed with just about everything an Asian-food shopper could want, at least as far as we could tell, but this place is not for the faint of heart. Some of the choices are so unique and unfamiliar that I’m sure they require an acquired taste to fully appreciate. From black fungus to octopus parts, frozen bao, ramen, sauces, snacks, drinks, produce, and all kinds of Asian delicacies, there is a huge range to explore. The prices seemed a little high, but it is clearly aiming for that high-end international market feel. They even had full grocery carts filled with random items for just $88, if you’re feeling brave enough for a mystery-cart adventure. I would also brush up on your Asian languages before coming, because while there is some English here and there, it feels more like a courtesy than a requirement.
