We Found a Cozy New England Tavern… and the Salad Shocked Us

Fireside Tavern in Sherborn, MA is one of those cozy New England spots that feels warm the minute you walk in. The Cobb salad, cornbread, and Fireside S’more dessert were unbeatable, and honestly, the salad deserves its own little parade. The cornbread was warm, buttery, and comforting, while the S’more dessert was rich, sweet, and absolutely worth saving room for. The inside has that quaint, classic New England feel, complete with the scent of old timbers, and thankfully, not the musty kind! The bathrooms were roomy and clean, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. The artwork could use a little boost, and the views outside are not exactly postcard material, but overall, Fireside Tavern gave us a really enjoyable experience.
