Sirloin Steak Roulade less than $2 per portion, Red Potato Smash, Garden Chores, Rambo. All in a DL!

Today on AyseandRambosDailyLife, I am making a Grilled Sirloin Steak Roulade stuffed with sautéed vegetables at a cost of about $2 per serving. In these times of expensive beef, it is hard to beat this dish for the cost and delicious flavor. Try it and let me know what you think. To go along with it I make a Red Potato Smash that is simple to make and goes great with the steak. As a sauce try the tomato butter garlic sauce. It adds just the right taste to the meal.
