ICW Northbound from Charleston to Murrels Inlst, SC.

After 4 months at the Mega Dock in Charleston SC the day has come to head north via the ICW to Wacca Wache Marina in Murrels Inlet, SC . Our final destination is our new Home port at New Bern Grand Marina in New Bern NC. This first leg of our trip was great! Weather was perfect, we timed the shoaling areas very well and had no bridges to open for us. We did have to pass 2 barges in Isle of Palms. They asked that we pass on the One Whistle (.port side ) hugging the green marker This caused us to go far off Bob 423 track, but we had plenty of water since it was high tide and recently dredged. We did get to see a Public School bus boat and a Sports car boat.. very fun.
