dr hab. Grzegorz Krawc o egzaminach online

📢 Another legal authority weighs in on the issue of online exams in homeschooling. This time, we asked Dr. Grzegorz Krawiec, professor at the University of the Commission of National Education in Kraków and head of the Department of Administrative Law, to analyze the current regulations. His opinion confirms what we've been saying for months: ➡️ There is no provision in the current laws prohibiting online placement exams. ➡️ The law specifies the format of the exam (written, oral), but does not mandate that it be conducted exclusively in-person. ➡️ If appropriate security procedures can be ensured, the exam may be conducted using electronic means of communication. ➡️ Restricting the rights of parents and schools without a clear statutory basis raises serious constitutional concerns. This is another independent legal opinion indicating that the ban on online exams does not stem from the applicable laws. Nevertheless, the Ministry of National Education intends to introduce such a restriction through a regulation. Public consultations regarding these changes are currently underway. That's why we need your voice. If online exams have made a difference for your family, enabled your child to learn through homeschooling, or helped them through a difficult health, family, or organizational situation—share your story. 📩 Write to: [email protected] Let's not allow our rights, which stem from laws and are protected by the Constitution, to be taken away. Let's show that these regulations are backed by real children, parents, and real-life stories. 🔔 Subscribe:    / @szkolawchmurze   💻 Official School in the Cloud website: http://szkolawchmurze.org 👍 Facebook:   / szkolawchmurze.org   📷 Instagram:   / szkolawchmurze   🎬 TikTok:   / szkolawchmurze   💻 LinkedIn:   / szkola-w-chmurze   🔔X: https://x.com/szkolawchmurze
