We're Building a CUSTOM Autopia Car!
Join me today as my friends from Revolt Engine stopped by Foose Design to continue working on our Autopia project! For this build, we're taking a vintage Disneyland Autopia car and transforming it into a fully electric, drivable vehicle. The goal is to preserve the character of the original while giving it modern performance and reliability. The team at Revolt Engine is helping us determine the perfect battery setup for the car. Today, we reviewed 3D scans of the chassis to figure out the ideal battery placement for weight distribution, performance, and overall appearance. We also discussed a few design refinements that will help bring the whole project together. I'm really excited about how this build is coming along, and I think it's going to be something special. What do you think of the design so far? Is there anything you'd change? Let me know in the comments! I can't wait to share more progress with you. Stay tuned for the next update!
