Pool Exercises to loose weight - Water Workout to Cardio & Tone - HIIT- 2 Buoys - ALL levels Part 1
Join AquaFIIT Coach Stacy as she brings you a water workout to torch those calories while you are in your pool having fun, "Splashing the Calories Away!" We will do this pool workout in a declining pyramid interval fashion. We start with 60 seconds on each move then decrease the time, but increase the intensity as we move through each cycle. Coach Stacy brings her expertise and enjoyment of exercise to you in her diverse workouts, full of a variety of moves and options to increase or decrease intensity. This is considered HIIT as we do interval style and Stacy hopes that you challenge yourself to a higher intensity whenever possible. This is Part 1. We will be using 2 buoys for 2 cycles.
