70 Police Stops in a Velomobile? "Bents and the Law"-Laidback Bike Report

He has been subjected to over 70 traffic stops while riding his velomobile in the Detroit area over the last two years. Then there is Kevin Nesbitt who rides in Toronto. He was on to say that this is not just a US problem. Steve Magas is known as Ohio's Bike Lawyer. He has written about Ohio Bike Laws, bike crashes, bicycle advocacy and worked on court cases all over America for over 30 years.
