100m Sprint Progression: 14.00 baseline (4 months of training)

How I'm Sprinting Now:    • Journey to my First Track Meet: "OFF" Week...   I tried out sprinting for the last 4 months from May 2020 to September 2020. I have an athletic background lifting but I've never been a "fast" runner. It's always been a dream to be fast and furious, so here I'm trying to get fast now. Because I'm already furious. Final Stats from 0 to 4 months of Track: 62.3 400m 13.66 100m 3.53 20m I will keep sprinting for the mean time. As of September 16, 2020 I will have run another 100m time trial. I'm gonna post more content about my progress. Definitely once I break 13 seconds.
