Rice Flour Bread That Tastes Delicious | Gluten-Free

This rice flour bread tastes delicious - and it's completely gluten free, of course. Last week, my lovely subscriber Weng asked me if it was possible to make gluten free bread with rice flour. Weng is in the Philippines and she explained that the only gluten free flours she can find are rice flour and cornflour. I'd never tried making gluten free bread with rice flour only, but I decided to test it and it turned out delicious! I did add a little cornflour and psyllium husk powder, just to bind it all together. You could swap the cornflour for potato starch or arrowroot, I reckon. This is an easy recipe that will give you a really tasty loaf of homemade bread, perfect with both sweet and savoury toppings. This easy gluten free bread is simple to make; you can freeze it too.
