MINI CHLEBKI Z AWOKADO - SZYBKIE, ZDROWE, GENIALNE!

Hello! 🥰 🥑🥖 Today I have something truly special for you – mini avocado breads, which are delightfully soft, have a slightly nutty flavor, and a wonderfully creamy interior. They're a great option for a healthy snack, breakfast, or dinner – they can be enjoyed on their own, but they also taste delicious with additions like smoked salmon, cold cuts, eggs, or fresh vegetables. 🌿 -⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ 📝 Ingredients: 🥑 1 ripe avocado 🥚 1 egg 🧀 50 g Parmesan cheese (finely grated) 🧂 Salt – 2 pinches 🌿 Pepper – 2 pinches 🥄 1 tablespoon olive oil 🌾 1 teaspoon sesame seeds 🌻 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds 🌱 1 teaspoon flax seeds -⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ 👩‍🍳 Preparation: 1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Mash it in a bowl with a fork until smooth. 2. Add the egg, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese to a bowl. Mix thoroughly until a thick batter forms. 3. Add half the seeds and mix again. 4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil. 5. Using a spoon, spoon out portions of the mixture, forming pancakes about 0.5 cm thick. 6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top and bottom heat) for about 20 minutes, until golden brown and slightly crispy on the edges. 7.
