How to cook clear isomalt
Learn how to easily cook and make isomalt sugar at home. Cooking the isomalt crystals so that they’re tempered is super important to making your own pre-cooked isomalt and all of the sugar decorations that make isomalt amazing. Pouring into molds (casting), pulling, and blowing can all be achieved after cooking the granules! I‘ll share with you my tips to making it super clear! Once it has been cooked you can pour it into smaller silicone molds and use your very own pre-cooked pieces whenever you want by microwaving them in the microwave in a heat safe silicon dish at 30 seconds intervals. Simply store it in an air tight container and pull out and use and reheat as many times as you want!
