This music video was created to capture the Bushfit mob Nutrition Program and the positive impact it has on families and young people in community. Break’n Barrierz teamed up with Bushfit mob to showcase how healthy food, learning new skills, and spending time together can strengthen homes and bring people closer. The program highlights cooking together, making better food choices, drinking water, and building confidence through shared experiences. This project is about more than music — it’s about connection, wellbeing, and families supporting one another.
