In today's episode, I begin preparations for this year's queen bee breeding program. I show how I place a reproductive queen in an isolator to obtain larvae of the appropriate age for further breeding. I also prepare the breeding slats onto which I will soon transfer the larvae. This is the beginning of the entire queen rearing process, which I will be demonstrating step by step on the channel.
