The spring/summer heat is approaching, and Ana Maria Braga has already prepared a wonderful SALTED PINEAPPLE ICE CREAM! 😍 Ingredients Half a cup of granulated sugar 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon 1 whole peeled pineapple or 900 grams 4 star anises 6 cloves 1 can of heavy cream 1 cup of powdered milk 150 grams of condensed milk Instructions In a bowl, combine half a cup of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon. Using your hands, spread this mixture all over the peeled pineapple. Then, using a knife, poke holes all over it. Place on a baking sheet with 4 star anises and 6 cloves. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. Turn occasionally to bake evenly on all sides. Remove from the oven, let the pineapple cool, and reserve the syrup that formed in the baking dish. Cut the pineapple lengthwise and discard the core. Weigh 400 grams and cut into 2 teacups of pieces. Reserve the remaining piece for decoration. Place the cut pineapple in a blender and add 1 can of cream, 1 cup of powdered milk, and 150 grams of condensed milk. Blend for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a container and freeze for about 12 hours, or until set. Remove from the freezer and serve immediately with the reserved syrup.
