Of the most important blessings that we need to appreciate is the feeling we have when we fasted the whole day, prayed Taraweeh, Qiyam, read the Quran, that feeling of fulfillment is something that money could not buy it. The more Iman you have, the easier it will be to fight other temptations. That is why Allah(SWT) says in the Quran: “When you pray, automatically that prayer help you deal with so many of your vices” Simply turning to Allah will help you battle many of the other problems of this world. The causes of how and why Iman increases and decreases is one most important and necessary lessons we need. The most important cause of how Iman increases is knowledge, to have knowledge of the Quran and Sunnah.bn Al-Qayyim says that the greatest honor that Ilm has been given is that Allah spoke on behalf of the people of knowledge, without even them having to say something. Of the easiest ways of increasing Iman, is to study the names of Allah. Another way is to learn about the Prophet(S.A.W) Even the Seerah can help increase our Iman. Why? Because we can see Iman being lived out. We see the greatest embodiment of Iman, our Prophet(S.A.W)
