Isabelle Sparkle Smashes her Parkrun Junior PB | 7:37 min/mile pace aged 7

Isabelle normally does 5k Parkrun on Sat and 2k Junior Parkrun on Sunday. However this week announced that she would volunteer at Parkrun so that she could save herself for Parkrun Junior. Thats exactly what she did, filled with intent she set off strong only being outpaced by much larger /older boys she held a 7:37 min / mile pace all the way round and came in to the finish strong. She knock a clean 16 seconds off her previous fastest. Her race strategy to run on fresh legs was an extremely mature choice.
