We paid almost 25,000 PLN for our fence, and that's still not the end of the expenses! This amount doesn't include a sliding gate, a wicket, or the entire driveway finish. Three years ago, a meter of fencing cost us about 100 PLN. Now the price has increased to 130 PLN net per linear meter. The significant differences in the plot's elevations proved to be an additional problem. The panels had to be cut, the foundation laid at different heights, and the posts had to be set very firmly in the concrete. We managed to dismantle and reuse part of the old fence, which helped us reduce costs. Despite this, the overall cost was a significant sum, and we still need to purchase a gate, a wicket, install curbs, a house trim, and stairs. In this episode, we also show the aftermath of deer visits, further earthworks, soil distribution, grass seeding, and securing the slope with geotextile. The construction budget has essentially been exhausted, so we need to carefully consider each subsequent project.
