We decided to renovate our duplex from A to Z, clean it, prepare it for sale, and put it on the market in a condition we'd want to buy ourselves. Painting, cleaning, moving things out, the patio, windows, bathrooms, kitchen, attic, garden, and final touches before meeting with the agent. All to make the house look presentable and ready for its new owners.
