Real life walking tour in Genting Highlands (Resorts World Genting) from First World Hotel Tower 2 lobby all the way to Theme Park Hotel, walking past Skytropolis, SkyCasino, SkyAvenue, Awana SkyWay, Genting Grand, etc. You'll see 2 full shopping malls of Genting Highlands, which has many retail stores, restaurants, luxury brands' boutiques, etc. Genting Highlands is truly a nice place for all, be it young couples, families with children, or young adults, there are all sorts of entertainment suitable for all ages, including Sky VR (Virtual Reality) and The Void which are all the high-tech visual games in Genting Highlands, and of course, not forgetting the casino. The weather in Genting Highland is moderate at about 20-25 degrees celcius. In the indoors, it is not cold at all as there are air conditioners, whereas for outdoors it is pretty cold with the constant wind, which feels like 16 degree celcius, colder with rain. During our 4D3N trip in Genting Highlands, we stayed in the new wing of First World Hotel, Tower 3. It is new and modern but the rooms are too small. There's no aircon, but windows can be partially open. The cool air with the ceiling fan setting is good enough for sleeping. Overall we had a great time in Genting Highlands, the restaurants are about RM 30 per meal per person. We had breakfasts at 8th floor "The Food Factory", buffet for RM 30 as well. We went Genting Highlands in the last few days of January 2020, where there's at least 10,000 people at least because the hotel has more than 7000 rooms and it was almost full, because it was the festive CNY season, BUT it was also a bad time because there was a novel coronavirus spreading in Wuhan, China. and there's more than 10,000 people in China affected, with more than 300 succumbed to the illness. In Genting Highlands, many people were wearing surgical masks, so in this video you could see quite a number of people are wearing masks, in case you were wondering why. Genting Highlands had just renovated the indoor theme park and also the casino, so everything is new, bright and shining. We took the cable car to Premium Outlets Genting Highlands too, which was 3 stops away, about15 mins ride. There are tons of branded shops there and many restaurants as well.
