Today, we'll continue with a 50-minute postpartum yoga session. This full-body workout will relax your neck, shoulders, back, abdomen, and pelvis, rejuvenating your joints and strengthening your muscles. For vaginal deliveries, we recommend starting 3-4 days after birth. For cesarean sections, we recommend starting a week after birth. Because individual experience varies, if you have difficulty walking or have severe perineum or pelvic pain, allow yourself a little more time to recover before practicing. If you experience severe perineum pain, use a donut cushion! Anyone can practice postpartum yoga.
