Saint Sandoux, et où trouver le thermique en plaine

Heading to Saint Sandoux again, I would have loved to fly in the mountains, but there's a lot of development going on. We head up to the launch site, and we realize it's pretty weak. Well, it's true, the group of students isn't there to climb to the clouds. Behind us, the mountains are starting to light up badly. We wait, and I finally launch after Franck and David. You have to be careful not to crash, and I see my friends eventually land. I don't linger at the launch site and immediately go looking for a thermal in the valley. It works. Several times I climb quite well, but I give up when I see the clouds above. I finally find THE thermal that lifts me to almost 1500m. Logically, I should head east, maybe southeast, but I don't want to venture into the mountains and I prefer to enjoy the flight. I fly over Ludesse and head towards Plauzat, where I meet up with my friend Romain. We're low, less than 150 meters, and luckily, together we manage to find a thermal that saves us from having to land. We circle it together, once again close to the cloud, and since I don't like the look of it, I head off to Saint-Sandoux. A bit like returning to the beach after swimming in the open sea. I'd like to try a second leg, this time towards Puy de Dôme, but I can't find any lift to get a good altitude, and I end up landing. Track: https://journaldevol.com/flights/uuid...
