Pour into a bowl and serve with toppings! Peanut Butter & Jelly Bowl: 150g yogurt of your choice 40g rolled oats 30g protein powder, e.g., Vegan Protein Cookie Dough 15g ground flaxseeds 1 banana Sip of water Preparation: Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner consistency, simply add a little more water. Toppings: Fresh or thawed raspberries 1 tbsp peanut butter Chopped peanuts Cocoa nibs Gnocchi Sheet with Vegetables & Feta Ingredients (serves 2): 500g fresh gnocchi 1 zucchini 1 red bell pepper 1 small red onion 1 handful of cherry tomatoes 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp sweet paprika 1 tsp Provençal herbs or Italian herbs Salt & pepper 150g feta (crumbled) Preheat oven to 180°C (convection oven). Wash and chop the vegetables. Place the gnocchi, zucchini, bell pepper, onion, and tomatoes on a baking sheet. Season with olive oil, paprika, herbs, salt & pepper, and mix well. Spread the gnocchi and vegetable mix evenly on the sheet. Bake for about 25 minutes, until the vegetables are soft and lightly browned. After about 20 minutes, sprinkle the feta cheese over the top and bake.
