SHEDS, SIDINGS & STATIONS - TRAINSPOTTING #15 (Thomas & Friends)

Damn guys. Do you remember around this time last year, I was saying that 2025 was going to be great and awesome and how it was gonna be the best year yet for the channel!!! And I kinda just flopped second half of the year lol. As you may know, I've been really busy these last 6 months working on my very own short film, 'The Graveyard Shift', so while my energy has predictably been focused on that, I haven't really had the time to devote towards any Thomas-related stuff. We're in the home stretch for 'The Graveyard Shift' now though (wahoo!), so I can finally get back into some more 'relaxed' filming with the crew from Sodor. This is a pretty random compilation of B-Roll, spanning back over a year, but I feel I've made it so it's a bit different from the norm. A lot more focus on the busy areas of Sodor rather than the picturesque countryside this time. Lots of engines shunting, stopping, starting, the whole nine yards. I've even got some new camera equipment I get to show off... I won't lie and say this will be a massive year like I did foolhardily last time, but I've got a remake coming out sometime in March or April, and then after that, I think I'll maybe try a RWS story adaptation. I've been getting a bit bored with the remakes to be honest with you, and I think doing an adaptation would be a great challenge. I'm really keen to play around with the camera to tell the story visually, and put my own personal touch on an old tale. Anyway that's my goal for this year at least, so I guess we'll see how I go. You'll still get many Behind-the-Scenes videos and Trainspotting videos like this one though, so don't worry. I've still got lots to go over, like how I made the Knapford you see in this video (you guys really loved that one on Twitter, thank you), my Maron Station, and maybe even Big Mickey too!
