Week 2 of the SkulpT program and kicking off with a 30 Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout | PUSH WORKOUT Upping the workout game and intensity this week and tweaking our format just a little As always we have our 4 workout Zones But this week on our Resistance zones we shall be hitting some no repeat exercises, meaning we have a brand new exercise every time Zone 1: Compound conditioning to get the sweat flowing Zone 2: Heavier No repeat dumbbell action Zone 3: Back to our compound conditioning Zone 4: No repeat lighter to moderate weights for more sculpting 30-35 min of total action Again 4- secs work - 20 secs rest That is us all set for another action packed week.
