30 Min Push Dumbbell Workout at Home to Build Muscle & Burn Fat is the aim of the game as we kick off SKULPT This is Day 1 of SKULPT Week 1, and we’re starting strong with a full push workout targeting chest, shoulders, and triceps using nothing but dumbbells and bodyweight.
