She was crawling all over the house, but still, we get to enjoy our yoga together. This yoga practice can perfectly work for any infant 3 months old & up. Even if the baby is not crawling it`s even easier, you can enjoy the whole practice together. Try to practice in a space where you can see your baby pretty well (for crawling babies), so you can stay on your mat and keep going even if the baby got curious about something else and left you on your mat alone. It happens a lot in this stage. Don`t worry if the practice doesn't go smooth, that`s absolutely O.K. What matter is to show up for yourself in good as well in bad days. .
