We arrive into La Coruña on a beautiful sunny morning, ready for another great day exploring Spain ☀️ Stepping off the ship, we wander through the city famous for its stunning glass-fronted balconies that give it the nickname “The Glass City”. Along the way, we take in some of the highlights including the impressive City Hall of A Coruña, the bustling Mercado de San Agustín, and some of the city’s beautiful green parks. One of the standout stops of the day is a visit to the fascinating Castle of San Antón, a 16th-century fort that now houses the city’s archaeology and history museum, such a unique place to explore! But just as the day wraps up and we head back onboard… things take an unexpected turn. The captain makes an announcement that changes the plans for the rest of the cruise… Despite the disappointment, we make the most of the evening enjoying the food, entertainment, and everything the ship has to offer before getting ready for our next port of call.
