{cc} 🐇 bunny diaries 🐇 thankful heart and to share future with you
✔️[ j o u r n a l ] i think my philosophy exploration has come to an end, simply because the philosephy to different culture varies so much that it cannot be obtained to achieve something works in one culture works in another; but there are things more universal. i do realize philosophy ideas are created by super smart people that if i don’t read and learn enough can easily be content with just echoing them and not developing my own thinking patterns. but there are universal things everybody appreciates - like health, a good hearty meal to enjoy the nature’s giving, sunshine and soft rain so on. but i have to know i’ve tried and learned enough, until it’s not what people i care for needed. my future plans consist of developing theories about health cross culturally, learning about less-seen or hidden culture, places and art trips to galleries and grand architectures, home functionality studying so maybe one day i can have a theory about developing a healthy, enjoyable home with relative cost, say, a college graduate can build a home and eat healthy so he or she has more energy to work and take care of people he or she wants to take care of - but that can take years of research as well; as all ingredients differ in different countries, and that’s one reason i’ve been so keen on trying new things in super maket, learning about food proprties and traveling even - i do wanna get to know people, talk to them, on a more personal level, so maybe, just maybe, one day i can do something for him or her, in areas of health, well-being and so on. these are things i don’t talk in the vlogs cos i thought nobody would be interested, so i was planning to do all of this on my own, slowly, withot over-promising, because i tend to not do well under pressure so i wanted to keep it to myself. but i also don’t want to act like i’m so secretive, having my own agendas or don’t care about my audience. cos i do, all my searches on food health, studying all the “shorts” to figured the best way in my opinion for a young graduate to live well, also without excessive (luckily, i have access to some resources so i can experiment and determine for myself what is excessive and what is enough when one’s healthy). so there you are, these are my “grand plans.” in my opinion, a home should be managed like a hotel and a restaurants, basically with different apartments. there are parts where you store things; parts where you enjoy your life. routines to clean, replenishment plan of restocking, cooking schedules. it doesn’t have to be costly - just a clear mind and functionality and design based on one’s interests: for example, here are a few questions to ask oneself when starting: what space matters most to me? how i want my bathroom to look like? what are my essentials and necessities, material-wise, how do i keep them in what container? how often do i need to buy certain condiments, what are the brands of the condiments that make me feel better? at this point, i’m just going to say i’m a activist for vegan, as i and my family have personally benefited from it, a lot. you should give it a 2-week trial, if it doesn’t help, you can always stop. but there are problems with vegan diet, i’m no expert so i will just share my personal experiments results: 1. getting enough protein is always a challenge- if the stomach allows, the most simple way has always been a morning protein shake (rice flavour has been most plain to me so it goes well with a lot of shakes, soy is pretty different; as according to chinese thories rice is easier on the stomach, so if you have a problem digesting a lot of beans, i would suggest rice protein, but give it a try, cos everyone’s body function differently). 2. eating enough veggies can be tough as you have to learn to have make them tasty, it was the hardest part when i started; i just ate so much carbs(too much), and it was so bad. so maybe i will also share some easy recipes to complement this idea in the future if anyone’s interested, but this also goes to my idea of developing a simple yet functional basic version of condiments, which i’m still working on as i know very little about spices at this moments in the aspects of their nature and properties. so this might take longer, or even years - i’m sorry i’m so slow haha 3. supplements - to us, supplements are necessary. [these parts were developed by joe, so credit to him] i’ve been taking vegan omega 3, vitamin c, citicoline, coq10, magnesium (super important to me, aid musle function), creatine and taurine. [i guess i’m not trying to have any “authority”, i just wanna encourage you to take good care of yourself, cos i care. very much so. ] -continue in last vid description [my mother tongue is chinese, please forgive and refer to chinese subtitles available in cc-chinese if the auto-trans ones become confusing] you can turn on the bell for notifications of future videos [this channel is intentionally kept non-monetized and ad-free]
