20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for this low impact, no jumping, high intensity session! Full body HIIT workout to really make those fast twitch muscles activate! It is high intensity relative to you! You may perform at a slower pace or a faster pace than me...it’s your own session!! So long as you are feeling the power, speed and control of your body working hard. As I always say ‘You vs You’!!! All you will need for this HIIT session is a bottle of water handy and mat for cool down! Repeat each combination 4 times!
