CP 8893 Leads a Very Slow Manifest Train Through Owatonna, MN
Sorry for the shaky video. It was very hot outside, and my hands were sweaty. I also do not know why the crossings did not go down. The train stopped at every crossing up to the one I was at and then sped up. There were CP hi-rail trucks at one crossing doing something, So maybe that had something to do with it. It had also been a couple days since the last train went by.
