That's the same as US tbsp and tsp) To the filling: 1 onion 450 gram/1 pound ground lamb 1,2 dl/1/2 cup rice 1,2 dl/1/2 cup fresh mint 1,2 dl/1/2 cup fresh koriander 1,2 dl/1/2 cup fresh dill 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper To the dolmas: 80 grape leaves To the boiling: 1,2 dl/1/2 cup water, or more 3 tbsp butter To the Garlicky yogurt sauce: 2,4 dl/1 cup plain yogurt 2-3 garlic cloves ml=millilitre tsp=teaspoon tbsp=tablespoon qt=quart dl=decilitre l=litre kg=kilogram Here is also a link to a unit converter website: http://www.unitconverters.net
