Why "Perfect" Form Is DESTROYING Your Muscle Growth!

In this video, I break down why the “perfect form” obsession in gyms and on social media may be holding natural athletes back from building muscle. Form matters. Control matters. Safety matters. But there is a massive difference between dangerous form and hard training form, especially with high intensity training. When you push a set close to your physical limit, your reps are not always going to look like a textbook demonstration. The last few reps may slow down. They may look ugly. They may look uncomfortable. But that does not automatically mean they are dangerous. After more than 36 years of training naturally and coaching over a thousand men and women, I’ve seen too many lifters spend years trying to make every rep look perfect while never pushing hard enough to force real adaptation. In this video, I cover everything from why hard reps often look different from the first rep, why beginners are supposed to look like beginners, how social media made lifters afraid to train hard, why enhanced lifters often give advice that does not apply to natural athletes and most importantly, why perfect form does not prevent overuse injuries. Repeated stress is so often overlooked as the main cause of injury in gyms, and if you are a natural bodybuilder or natural lifter trying to build muscle, form matters, but adaptation is your real goal. As that's the only way you can keep on making progress. And remember, as annoying as they may be, the form police are not going to build your physique for you. You are. So train hard, keep it controlled and don't let anyone steer you in the wrong direction.
