ICC: 6th Witness Disowns Evidence
Three more prosecution witnesses will be lined up to testify at the International Criminal Court in the trial of Deputy President William Ruto and his Co-accused Joshua ARAP Sang before the court wraps this year's proceedings. The case was initially intended to take a recess beginning this Friday until next year but plans changed when president Uhuru Kenyatta's case was postponed to February next year. The two cases couldn't have taken place concurrently as one of the judges sits in both benches. Meanwhile, the sixth prosecution witness further put the prosecution in an awkward position as the defense continued the cross-examination. Sylvia Chebet has the highlights.
