Which City Model Wins? (1 Hour Simulation)

What is the best way to design a city? In this video, I tested three of the most well-known urban planning models: the Burgess Concentric Model, the Hoyt Sector Model, and the Free-Flowing Multiple Nuclei Model. Using Cities: Skylines, I built each city from scratch and ran a one-hour simulation to see which model performs the best. Each city was tested based on three key factors: Traffic flow Citizen well-being Profit The goal? To find out which city model actually works best in a real simulation. Will the structured Burgess model win? Can the Hoyt sector model outperform it? Or will the flexible free-flowing city dominate? Watch until the end to find out which city design comes out on top.
