Speaker: Carlos Emanoel Vieira Flores Soares Our speaker is a biologist, researcher, and scientific consultant. He holds a Technical Degree in Clinical Pathology from FEST, a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences and a Master's Degree in Genomic Sciences and Biotechnologies from UCB, and a PhD in Chemical & Biological Technologies from UnB. He completed postdoctoral studies in Microbial Bioprocesses, Soil Microbiology, and Bioinputs (Embrapa) and in Genomic Sciences and Biotechnology (UCB). He is the CEO of the startup CES My Tech. As a researcher, he has extensive experience in Research, Development, and Innovation (R&D&I) in the areas of Genetics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, and Microbiology, with an emphasis on yeast physiology, fermentation processes, molecular biology of microorganisms, and the identification and characterization of microorganisms by MALDI-TOF Mass Spectrometry.
