He is a specialist in Environmental Expertise and Management from the National Institute of Forensic Science and Expertise (INFOR). He has teaching experience in subjects related to the areas of Environment and Health. In university extension, he acts as a supervisor-instructor and is responsible for the Lecture Series in Biological and Health Sciences at the Federal University of Catalão (UFCAT), an institution where he also organized scientific books and acted as a reviewer for journals. As a researcher, he has publications focused on phytotherapeutics, public health, biopiracy, and the impacts of the climate crisis in the Amazon.
