Pearl & The Wazer Waterjet Cutting the Bearing Cap Shims

We continue the Pearl Project, making shims for the main gearbox bearing preloads on three out of the four shafts, with the aid of our new waterjet machine, the Wazer, my purchase included sponsorship. I share the reasoning of the need for preload shims on the gearbox shafting, draw out the cad with my Fusion 360, transfer the file to the WAM to create the G Coode which the Wazer uses to cut the shims out and then I conclude with the test fit for the shims Pac’s I cut out today.
