招待講演②　韓国における教師と児童生徒のウェルビーイング　ホ・ジュ　公州教育大学教授（英語） Invited Lecture②　Well-being of teachers and students in Korea　Hur Ju　Professor, Gongju University of Education(English) 　現在、世界各国の教育政策で子供・教師のウェルビーイングの向上が目指されています。 　そこで本シンポジウムでは、イギリス、韓国、フィンランドからパネリストをお招きして、各国における子供・教師のウェルビーイングに関する教育政策が、どのような背景や文脈で議論され、ウェルビーイングをどう捉え、学校で担うべきウェルビーイングの射程をどう設定し、どのような取組を進めているのか、そしてその取組をどのような指標で測定し、改善を図っているかについて報告いただきます。 　そしてパネルディスカッションでは、上記の3カ国に日本を加えた4カ国のパネリストにより、日本の子供・教師のウェルビーイングの現状とウェルビーイングの向上の取組の状況を踏まえて、各国の教育政策におけるウェルビーイングの背景や文脈、捉え方と取組から見えてきた論点を基に、今後の子供・教師のウェルビーイングを高める学校改革の在り方を議論し、この分野の研究の礎を構築したいと考えています。 ※動画では、日本人講演者の場合は日本語の資料、イギリス・韓国・フィンランド講演者の場合は英語の資料のみが投影されます。資料の訳をご覧になりたい方は、以下の特設ページから資料をご覧ください。 資料・詳細はこちら→ 「令和７年度教育改革国際シンポジウム特設ページ」 https://www.nier.go.jp/06_jigyou/symp... -------------------------------------------------- 　Education policies in countries around the world currently aim to ensure the well-being of children and teachers. 　This international symposium will therefore invite panelists from the United Kingdom, South Korea and Finland to report on the following: the context in which education policies regarding the well-being of children and teachers are discussed in each country; the scope of well-being to be addressed in schools and the associated initiatives ; and the indicators used to measure well-being and improve these initiatives. 　A panel discussion with experts from four countries, including Japan, will explore approaches to school reform that enhance the well-being of children and teachers. The discussion aims to build a foundation for research in this field by synthesizing the insights offered by the experts from each country. ※Only the original video data will be posted.
